"Stephanie Smith led Kleveland into a crashing surge of Blondie-esque mini anthems. Smith's sandpaper-on-velvet vocal surges have never come across better or stronger, particularly on the fiery and fun new cut "Johnny Is a Klepto." Strumming in a black tank top, she's a ringer for Joan Jett, but Smith has a sound of her own, making her both archetype and idol on a night pumped full of necessary noise.
