The 3rd and latest release from The Kickbacks is "Blindside View". Arguably their best and most focused effort yet, the band have recorded a lush, roots pop/rock record this time out. Clever, melodic songwriting, twangin' guitars, big vocal harmonies and even some horns on a few tracks.

"From out of Boston, The Kickbacks kick out a tight, and well produced, roots-rock sound that alternates punchy and jangly, is full of hooks and varying in mood. At times sounding more like they've been bred from the late eighties Minneapolis scene (Soul Asylum, Replacements, etc.), they also have a similar feel as contemporaries Honeydogs and Gingersol. Their overall sound has "Guts and Soul" (to borrow from a song title).
