SORRY. Wham Bam Man
Kent Earl Housman and " Rock & Roll Hall of Fame" inductee
Stanley Lynch II ( Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers) Team-up
for writing and production on "Earl's" CD. WHAM BAM MAN.
Recorded at a studio in northern Florida with bassist Banner Thomas,
(Molly Hatchet) this album contains some great tunes and a groove that stretches from Texas all the way to that fore mentioned gator lovin state.
"I was born in Northern California, raised in Mexico then back to California. So I'm not quite sure why I do the type of music I do. It's not traditional blues or rock. I guess the best way to describe it is redneck blues."
Rock critic Dave Marsh of ROCK & ROLL CONFIDENTIAL wrote:
"Fans of the ringing guitar sound take note. Kent Earl Housman does it better than any of the Brits we've heard.

After first recording with his band Transatlantic Railroad (Sire Records)
In the 1960's, in the early 70's Earl contributed to the last two albums recorded by the legendary Blue Cheer (Phillips). He also wrote the song "Roller Derby Star" which was recorded by his group The Ducks (produced by John Simon) and covered by John Cipollina's band Copperhead (Columbia), among others.
In the eighties, while living in Los Angeles, he played and recorded with a variety of artists and worked as a staff writer for Warner Bros. Music with friend Stanley Lynch. In the nineties, Earl began a collaboration with film and television composer Gary Chang (Perfect Weapon," "Sniper" "Under siege") with whom he has written songs for movies, television and a soon to be released CD. "Changman".
These days, Earl can be found gigging somewhere in the world as well as working on tracks for his next record.
