The New Holden Evening Prayer
Written for Holden Village in Winter 2000-2001
Commissioned by Holden Village in 2000, this Mountain Vespers has been used in the regular worship cycle at Holden Village and loved by thousands of individuals and churches from around the country alongside the Marty Haugen Holden Evening Prayer of 1986.
Use this New Holden Evening Prayer with your church, youth group, or special event. Perfect for Lent or retreats! A traditional Vespers in the folk style. Fun and easy to play and sing for everyone!

To ventures where we cannot see the end,
By paths never yet taken, through perils unknown.
