Bio / Background
This CD is my first effort as producer. No drum machines. An analog recording (what's analog ?) Very acoustic guitar friendly. You can hear me becoming a "folkie" - blending country blues, jazz, gospel, ragtime, and folk music with my own "pop" insticts. I'm like a city boy in the small town candy store, wondering which gibson guitar to pluck next. Loving life and all its travels from Boston to Austin, Texas and back. Includes the now fan favorites "Krista" and "Ticket To The Sky" and features renown guitarist David Brown (Billy Joel, Simon & Garfunkel) on the pre-John Mayer-ish "Ole Man Driver" and "Dirty Ashes."
"The show-stopping set came from Kevin So of Boston, who could become the first Asian American star...minimalist guitar picking that put the holes back into the music... Well-crafted original balladry and a silky Stevie Wonderish tenor held the audience entranced...The big discovery.

I've had this album for a long time (I don't believe that release date for a minute). And it still stands up today. Til The Morning Comes is a classic, sweet and sad song that always needs a couple extra bars of volume when it comes on the iPod.
