Bio / Background
aaron kane (ak) was born and raised in newport news va., up until the last 6 years in which he has resided in nj and pa. he has been musically inclined his whole life and active in the music business for the last 12 years. he first started in a group called "sudden impact" (who were signed under michael bivins from the group "new edition") in which aaron sang lead vocals.
michael bivens also discovered the all time no.1 selling r&b group, "boyziimen". "sudden impact" made numerous video appearances including "motown philly" & "mc brains" "oochie coochie", (another michael bivins artist).
from there, "sudden impact" signed to biv 10 records/motown when michael bivins started the "east coast family". "sudden impact" was eventually re-named "whytgize" when they were featured in the "east coast family's" "1-4-all-4-1" song and video, which became a top 10 r&b single.
