J S.O.U.L. is an acronym for Jamal Sings Out Uv Love. That's really the central spirit of Baltimore's new voice on the stage J-Soul. Born Jamal Smith, J is a natural artist, songwriter and performer who emerged on the scene in charm city roughly two years ago. A product of an emerging independent art scene , J has been hard at work putting together a unique project that is catching a quick buzz on the street.
