Guitar driven, hardrock with a strange twist or two.
Bio / Background
Dying Till Five is the second solo release from Detroit native John Kerr. It features two outstanding veteran musicians from Louisville area, Steve Curtsinger & Jerry McBroom.
This CD continues to offer John's unique style of vocals & guitar, but in a more punchy - radio friendly way. It Should appeal to a larger audience than Kissing Fish (John's first release).
Dying Till Five combines the solid hardrock structure of today with a bit of the jam based guitar rock of the 70's.
Although unique, it has a familiar edge to it. Similar to Smashing Pumpkins, Tool, Black Sabbath, or Led Zeppelin.
Always focusing on a cohesive album, as opposed to a few hit singles, Dying Till Five again delivers on every track.
