"Just Enough" is a brilliantly played, well written and masterfully performed collection of songs. Joan's style
is too intricate to be labeled blues, too fascinating to be called folk and too earthy to be considered pop. The only label that would stick to this CD is "pure, good music, ready to enjoy."
Joan has developed an outrageous guitar style that she's recorded on her second album "Just Enough", a solo venture that showcases her guitar playing and songwriting. She can easily be placed as one of the top female guitarists around! Her songwriting is flavored with the styles of Michael Hedges, Leo Kottke, Neil Young, Bonnie Raiit and Joni Mitchell. She demonstrates her writing and playing skills on this album which features both instrumentals and vocal selections.
