Jean Marie Hays, RYT 500, CMT has been teaching yoga and meditation for more than 20 years.
↓ more ↓She has a yoga studio and private practice in Marin County, California where she utilizes her training as a Yoga Therapist/Instructor and Healing Artist to the benefit of her many students. A former business executive herself, she now plays the role of teaching stress management in businesses, schools and other organizations. Often Jean Marie provides the experiential "rich but healthy dessert" portions of Health and Well-being retreats for groups and corporations.
