Bio / Background

Jenny Martin is a recent graduate from Berklee College of Music in Boston. She spent the last two years studying under legendary writers and musicians such as Pat Pattison, Jon Aldrich, and Gabrielle Goodman learning how to fine tune her skills in songwriting and performance. Accepted to Interlochen Arts Academy at the age of fourteen, her earlier years were devoted to classical flute performance. The influence of traditional music has undoubtedly shaped her sound today. Strong form and structure are always apparent in her writing, while contemporary harmony and lyric are at the forefront.
