Country music, songs wrote from the heart 40 years of songwriting, by me,,james c.batchelor
Bio / Background
i'm james c batchelor from boiling spring lakes north carolina.near southport,n.c.i'm a treasure hunter,a songwriter,i'm 55 years old.i began writing songs at 13 years old.my real job is at dak americas in leland, they bought it from dupont i've worked at this site 34 plus years.i've wrote thousands of songs,i started recording in the late 1970's.from a collectors stand point all the songs i've recorded are rare, only a few of each are out,all major download sites have them, like apple i tunes etc.if you are starting out as a new songwriter and singer i can tell you what not to do to make money in this business,if the love for it is not their, don't do it.just think how much i've got tied up in it,with eight cd's here at cdbaby, recording fees, money to the players, money for stamps, money for radio promotion, its a rigged business,if your song is played someone can copy it,for free, because of different types of recorders, etc.i know its a shame but its this way.
↓ more ↓if i know of a local singer songwriter who plays guitar and writes his songs and its his tune like mine,i'll buy it if i don't like it because music is the heart beat of america.how would you like to turn your radio on and find no music, todays date is 4/29/2007,i want to do lots more,if i ever make enough money for guitar strings, etc,i can be reached at 1 910 845 3016 my single -eight four five 3016,reached 46 on country hotdisc,it made 23 on the indie,it was released on the hotdisc cd,in may of 2006 last year,i got 100 reactions from radio stations i got lots of good comments from dj's,all across france, germany, australia, great brition, many more, the hotdisc is hosted by ,,stuart cameron,he puts one out each month,,you get real time reaction from radio, from across the globe-note,you can now get this cd at apple i tunes, buy one track,or album, all nine tracks.look for eight four five 3016,by james c batchelor, and also get my,don't break my fishing pole cd,,16 tracks by jc&the musicmakers,if you wonder who jc &the musicmakers are its me and my backup, guys,i came up with this name in the late 1970's,sinse my name is james c batchelor,my friends call me jc i have some of my original 45's i did in the 1980's.for the right price i'll sale one to you,if you talk sweet.no one i repeat no one living today can write a song put it to music, with a guitar like i can,i have a wide range of styles, gospel, country, beach, old elvis style era,rock-n-roll,,i do write all i record,no one else is at the wheel.thanks
