Hi Folks,
I'm a Portland-based singer/songwriter with a propulsive and theatrical musical style. I create rocky jazzy intelli-pop undulating from the delicate to the dangerous. At the root of my writing lie vivid imagery and impressionistic tales. Driven by melody and a strong rhythmic thrust, lush ballads of hope, disappointment and resolution are interspersed with hard-driving songs that showcase my deeply grooving band.
"Throw Caution" was released in 2000. The Oregonian called it "Pure ecstatic pop with terrific performances."
In November 2003, I released my latest collection of songs on a CD entitled "Chasing Daylight". Recorded in Portland at Kung Fu Bakery, "Chasing Daylight" is a tightly focused collection of nine songs.
