Jake Playmo is a player who merrily stacks up musical blocks, bricks and figures, leaving his listeners in amazement at the resulting constuction. Allied with his band, „Das Böse Ding (The Evil Thing) as well as an illustrious host of guests, he indulges on „my favorite toys“ in his untameable „play“ instinct, moving between jazz and pop, electronics and noise, and this with extraordinary improvisational power.
