Bio / Background
In Overflow is a Minneapolis, Minnesota based group that began playing music together in the summer of 2006. Though the group is relatively new, the members each bring their own bit of influences and musical experiences to the songs written by lead singer Zac Fitzsimmons. The songs themselves are difficult to fit into a specific genre as a collection. Some songs would be described as “pop/rock” with subtle bluegrass flavors, others might be called “acoustic/groove” combined with Jack Johnson or Jason Mraz styled vocals, and some are stripped down folk tunes. Everyone seems to have a different favorite. What’s yours?
