Bio / Background
Lifetime friends, Rod Jacobson, Danny Dickman and John Hoffman merged together in 1999 to create an album of Rockin Bluez. Danny's tasteful guitar licks and "rock and roll" expertise, Rod's unique drumming approach along with John's dynamic vocals and walking bass lines, generate the sound of the Homeless Bluez Band. Putting the harmonies up front, makes this a very unique Rockin Bluez band. These seasoned veterans will be around for a long long time.
DANNY DICKMAN: Guitar/Vocals/Songwriter. Danny moved from Heidelberg Germany to San Francisco, then on to Salt Lake City. He formed one of the hottest local concert acts to ever come out of Salt Lake City..."The TOOLS". The Tools opened for such major national acts as Robin Trower, The Tubes, Molly Hatchet, Black Oak Arkansas, Bad Finger, and others. From 200 seat clubs to 20,000 seat concert venues, Dan has played them all. Dan has 4 albums to his credit along with extensive television, radio and studio time.
