Female fronted indie rock trio fills the holes in your aura with their symbiotic musical relationship.
Bio / Background
Long-time collaborators and spouses Amy and Jason Chorney tell a tale of violent upheaval and end of days in a garden of sensual delights.
Amy's songs seem completely unique and ultimately familiar at once. Sacramento's News and Review writes that Amy's "emotional, lusty vocals are paced like a jazz vocalist laced with wailing choruses of desperation."
Demorama.com writes that Amy is a "super-hot alternababe in knee-highs playing kickass guitar licks."
Maximum Ink writes that, "Jason Chorney is so fluid on bass that I swear he's playing water."
Amy began playing piano, then moved to violin, playing in jazz ensembles and Irish bands and finally progressing to the guitar as singer-songwriter. She met Jason at the University of Rhode Island (both were working on their respective Philosophy degrees) where the two began their musical relationship, eventually taking them to Liverpool, England, where they came across the local adage, "big girl's blouse," an insult meaning "sissy.
