Sing Unto The Lord A New Song! by Gospo and The Gospel Kids!

"Gospo & The Gospel Kids!" was created by former youth minister Elder Lamar Johnson out of a strong desire to see children saved and truly used in ministry as powerful witnesses for the Lord. Driven by his love for Jesus and young people, Elder Lamar saw that the need was very great for children to be truly encouraged, ministered to, and trained "in the way that they should go"...all while having a clean, fun time. God began to place His approval on the vision by creating (through Elder Lamar) the critically acclaimed Christian television show, "The Gospel Kids Show!" "Gospo & The Gospel Kids!" was born!

Now more than ever, children need to hear more gospel music that focuses on the issues in their lives. This is the sole purpose of "Sing Unto The Lord A New Song". Gospo is truly a "Child of the King" that Jesus has specially blessed as a songwriter, vocalist, and all-around praiser and worshipper of God. You can catch Gospo singing lead on "All We Can Do Is Pray", "Jesus Did It Just For Me", That's His-Story", and with Justen on "Perfect Praise"

KHALIL - (Age:8)

Khalil has the unique gift of "directing, producing, and choreographing" for God. He played a big part in the arrangement and direction of the skits on "Sing Unto The Lord A New Song!" You can hear Khalil in the skit for "Extra! Extra!" and singing lead on "I Believe".

D.J. - (Age:9)

D.J. is truly an anointed singer for the Lord. His biggest desire is to be a "lead singer for Jesus". Even at this early age, God has blessed D.J. with an anointed voice to sing the Lord's praises. Listen to this upcoming praise and worship leader singing lead on "Rise N' Shine".

ROXIE - (Age:9)

This is another anointed singer for Jesus. Roxie really loves the Lord and she gets excited when it's time to praise God. Her dream is to be a singer for the Lord. MYIA - (Age:7)

Myia is the songwriter of the bunch. God has really blessed her with the gift of writing worship and praise songs for Jesus...at 7 years old! You can catch this blossoming psalmist singing lead on "Don't Talk About Me"...which she co-wrote with Gospo!

JUSTEN - (Age:9)

"Gospo & The Gospel Kids!" is full of anointed singers for Jesus, and Justen is another one. His confidence has really grown during the "Sing Unto The Lord A New Song!" experience. Don't miss 'Mr. Justen' singing lead with Gospo on "Perfect Praise" and with Roxie on "Let Us Sacrifice More Time".

SOMMER - (Age:7)

Sommer is another one of the Lord's anointed singers who really enjoys praising and worshipping God. Listen for Sommer singing lead on "I Believe" and with Myia on "Don't Talk About Me".

TYRI - (Age: 10)

Tyri (pronounced TY-REE) is really a "Gospel Kid!" because her Dad is a Pastor. She's been singing for most of her life, and she's gonna keep on singing for Jesus. Don't miss Tyri on "I Believe" with Khalil and Sommer.

LIL' SAM - (Age: 7)

Lil' Sam is the firecracker of the group. He's always ready and willing to sing...anytime, anywhere, and for anybody! He really loves to praise God, especially with his guitar.

JOVONNE - (Age:6)

Jovonne is the "baby of the group" at 6 years old, but this little praiser is full of energy. She's been ordained as the official "Tambourine player" of "Gospo & The Gospel Kids!" and she loves to "Praise Him with "the timbrel and dance" (Psalms 150:4).

CHEYNA - (Age: 10)

The Lord has gifted Cheyna with a really sharp memory. After only a few times hearing a new song, she picks it right up and gives it her all. She loves to "Sing Unto The Lord A New Song"
