With all three eyes open and the motivational drive of a predator, GOAT attempts to present absolute truth through his music in a playful way. Since he picked up the pen at twelve years old, his fate was created. While conversing with him one day he admitted, "It would be far beyond the scope of stupidity to let twenty notebooks full of thoughts go to waste." Anyone would agree. Though he is beautifully intertwined within hip-hop, his roots grow deeper than that. You will find a recording of a Verdi Requiem next to a Guns-N-Roses album; or a Trace Adkins CD beside an Outkast record in his music collection. With influences from Lil Wayne to Fort Minor, his style uniquely balances genres to appeal to mainstream and underground audiences. GOAT studied Music Education with a concentration on Classical Voice at the University of North Texas in Denton, one of the leading music schools in the nation.
