Bio / Background
Canadian born, Ray Garand has been active as a musician since his early teens, resulting in a career that spans twenty years. In 1985 Garand settled in Vancouver B.C. where he became involved in various aspects of recording, producing and engineering he has also played on other artists albums, such as Mark Hasselbach. Ray has always had a fascination with contemporary jazz so it was only natural when he set up his own studio that he gravitated to that style of music. This has resulted in the recording of four superb CD's that Ray is now set to release and should catapult him into the next phase of his career.
