Bio / Background
I remember standing in the bleachers, surrounded by people screaming her name. We were at a national competition and Erisa was running the 1600m. I watched her pull away from the others and take the lead. In that moment I had two distinct revelations: Erisa was born to lead and she has been given a gift to excel. These two truths carry into every aspect of her life.
She has been involved in music since a young age. As a high school student she participated in musicals and performed multiple solos. While attending Lincoln College (Lincoln, IL), she was a member of several performance groups including Lincoln College Choir and Sophistikatz. She plans to continue developing her abilities by pursuing a music education degree at Millikin University (Decatur, IL).
Erisa continues to increase her talents through songwriting, arranging, directing, and performing. She is a member and co-leader of the music team at her local church where she also directs the choir.
