Time Forgets is a collection of layered acoustic tracks from 1997 with many interesting footnotes.
- cameo appearances by Roger Powell on electric guitar - one song with RP, "Christmas Blue" reached #1 on the original mp3.com's folk rock chart
- contains tracks selected by Jason Ward for his independent award-winning film "I Want To Blow Up Silicon Valley"
- was put on CD Baby in 1998 when Derek had way less than 1000 artists - closer to 100 maybe???... (there are now 100,000+ artists here!)
- tracks played on a ga-zillion folk shows literally around the globe on public and college stations - lots of great reviews online as well
- Title track reached #1 on Mixposure.
