Effron White is a folk singer-songwriter from Fayetteville, Arkansas. The release of his second cd, "Yankee Dime", in 2004, coincides with his selection as a WINNER IN THE KERRVILLE FOLK FESTIVAL'S "NEW FOLK" COMPETITION FOR EMERGING SONGWRITERS. The well-crafted tunes and performances on this cd attest to his ability to entertain and move audiences in a great variety of ways, through songs that range from traditional folk to rock to country.
