Electro, Tribal, Dance, Rock with a retro appeal.
Bio / Background
Drumattica started as an experiment in Electronics and Tribal drums with Keith Brown (TV:616) and Brian Lehfeldt (TV:616,Sweaty Nipples). Eventually Drumattica turned into a full blown band with the vocals of Robert Wynia (Floater) and Jennifer Folker (Dahlia) and DJ Slowburn.
Drumattica combines elements of trance and 80's genre New Wave with tribal drums and pop hooks. Picture Peter Gabriels Last Temptation of Christ with the Chemical Brothers meets The Doors and you've got the idea.
The band has just released it's first full length CD (A Part of Something) and plays sporatically in the Northwest. The live shows bring even more power and punch to the music, creating an almost hypnotic state of ecstasy.
