Bio / Background

Doug Dunn is a former Corporate CEO who hung up the suits and ties, bought a guitar and the rest is history in the making. Just like the new, self-titled CD, Doug is out telling his stories and thrilling audiences everywhere. As a father, his experiences are heard in Hello Stranger and as legendary bass guitarist Tim Drummond has said " Hello Stranger is a great song that can stand the test of time. Like Cats in the Cradle, this is a song that will tear the heart strings out of the hardest person. It is the type of song that a writer spends his life HOPING to write."

Doug and his band Steel River, are based out of Virginia Beach, Va and his company Island Management can be found in New England, Texas and now in Franklin TN.
