Some of us, have heard the music by DOTMIG, and know the words written on paper. Now, lets find out what DOTMIG is truly about. When it comes to their music, and the industry. Or better known as: "The epistemology of aesthetics" Steven Mignoli: "I believe in the individual, to encourage the individual. We are not people, we are individuals" After speaking with Steven Mignoli and his girlfriend of three years, Diana Pabon. Who met at the City Bistro, and lived at the Hoboken's luxury waterfront high rises for some time. I have come to a better understanding for myself of the band DOTMIG. For the hard work they put in, to making their dreams become a reality. In 1975 his parents, Joe and Ann Mignoli started Hoboken Beer and Soda outlet. Where Steven worked learning what a blue collar worker does. Through out his family history, there is hard working blue collar people, like the average America. So I can see where he gets his drive to keep trying and pushing until he feels, he has achieved what he is trying for. Steven also knows what is like to fail, where in 1989 he recorded two songs and performed them at clubs with the group MPK. At Fuego in Spanish Harlem and the former Passions in North Bergen. After joining up with Guido Diaz, a Latin Grammy award winner. With Mino Class on bass, SexynLean on guitar, and Raphael the professor on drums.
