Bio / Background
To say Destiny is a uniquely taleted artist is a severe understatement.Both a harpist and vocalist,Destiny enjoys a floourshing music career as the demand for her distinctive brand of stirring music and vocals continue to grow.
Although she started playing the Harp 10 years ago,Destiny currently rewites classic recordings to create original pieces of her own as well as her original pieces,Maryam's Hajj and The Hajj of a Savior on "The Birth of A Savior" a collection traditional holiday and celtic insirations music.
She initilally became interested in playing the harp as a child but it was a trip to Belgium as an adult that inspired her to receive formal training and pursue a career as a professional harpist."I heard an album featuring the kora while I was ther and I was just mesmerized by the sound"Soon after,she began taking harp lessons and is now widely known for what she refers to as "acoustic-jazz-classical"style.
