Music is the art form which allows feelings, moods and reflections on the time in which we live, to be converted into sounds. Music has the quality of being able to arouse those feelings and moods within us, to reach our hearts and communicate with our senses. This is a feature of all great art forms, which touch our soul and our senses.
Barbara Dennerlein’s music certainly has these qualities. For more than a quarter of a century, she has been delighting her audiences with new and inspirational endeavours in the field of music. During the past ten years she has been supported and accompanied by the brilliant Daniel Messina on drums - a highly compatible partner in the unfailingly impressive live performances by the duo. The sound of hammond organ! Wonderful sound; jazzy and magic! A contemporary groove of classical jazz instrument. Superbe player!
