A year later, he went on to receive full-tuition scholarships to Berklee's year-round SYSTEM 5 programs and their prestigious 5 Week Summer Programs while also attending their Summer Guitar Sessions where he honed his skills in Music Theory, Harmony, Composition, Guitar Styles & Performance.

"This is instrumental guitar music at its best with technically brilliant performances and mature songwriting..."- AOR-Europe.com (Germany)
"Even though the album is an independent release, the packaging is perfect, tasty and professional and the music is even better. Recommended to fans of instrumental guitar music and not only to them, as it is easy-to-digest, catchy stuff." - RockUnited.com (Germany)
"Patrick released a demo CD last year just to tease us with its few tracks of unsurpassed musicality. Here's his debut album. The thing that makes it great is Patrick's impeccable sense of composition. You never get bored listening to this CD, and you never feel like you've heard it before... He has chops enough to impress the noodle-fans, but beyond that he has taste and restraint." - FretNet Radio (Australia)
"This kid is good. Whether you're a fan of instrumental music or not, you have to admit this guy knows his instrument. DeCoste can tell a story without once uttering a single word. His styles are varied from Pink Floyd influence to more groove-rock oriented songs with Van Halen-esque soloing. DeCoste is definitely someone to keep an eye out for." - Louder Magazine (USA)
