David Clay began writing and preforming his original music at the age of 14 years old.This first collection of songs was recorded at his recording studio, BlackCreek Music Productions.David has recorded some of his original music at Muscadine Studio with, producer Paul Hornsby,that produced albums for,Lynyrd Skynyrd,Marshall Tucker,and Charlie Daniels Band.David has also recorded with National Geographic producers Mark Emery and Tracy Collins .The David Clay Hey Love Say Love CD is a combination of,Country,Pop,and Rock.
Country Girl was written about a reserved, but strong in mind and body Cowboy, who couldn't find the words at times to let his Country Girl know how he was feeling about her. He would stare into the campfire as his Country Girl was wondering, is he thinking about me ?
Soldier In The Wind was written about a friend of our family "Kenny Lafaira". Kenny was a Soldier in the U.S. Navy . As he got to be an older man our family kept in touch with him throughout the years.
