A "feel good" CD with luscious lyrics, savvy instrumentation and vocals with "heart and soul". FEATURED AS ONE OF THE TOP 100 FEMALE VOCALISTS IN THE US.
Bio / Background
Dana Meredith is a singer/songwriter from San Diego, CA who has been hailed as a "vocalist with a very progressive sound". Her lyrics are raw, deep and to the point and she paints pictures with her words where you can't help the urge to look, listen and feel the emotions swirling within the music. Her songs run the range of life's experiences - from pleasure to pain, anger to fear, joy to sorrow...and as a listener you're invited on the journey with Dana every step of the way.
Dana was selected as one of the top 100 female vocalists in the U.S. last year and showcased in the "Best New Talent Search", which was held in Los Angeles, California. In addition, her music has received interest from several major production companies for film and television projects.
Dana is also a featured artists on the CD compilation "Catalyst 18", which is distributed by DISCOVERGIRLS.COM.

**********************************************************
Aptly titled "A Life In The Day", Dana Meredith's debut CD is a compilation of songs that really brings the "human experience" to the surface and shows how it manifests in our day-to-day lives. She is truly a remarkable up-and-coming singer, songwriter and performer, who is making her mark on today's music scene. Look for her!

This artist really has a strong and unique voice, and interesting lyrics. I didn't really care for "The Cross" but "Good Enough" was a little bit country/pop sung with a Pat Benatar-type voice. Overall, it's a good sound.
