Bio / Background

At age 15 I began playing music on bass guitar. I loved the power and full sound of the bass, but soon moved on to guitar which offered a more expressive way of getting the music out. For 15 years I played guitar and wrote a lot of music on 6 stings.

Then I found The Chapman Stick. Immediately I knew this was the instrument for me.

Now I have the best of both, a full robust bottom end as well as an articulate melodic vehicle. The best part is playing both at the same time!

For over 35 years I have composed and played my own style of music. This instrument is a source of inspiration in my quest to create my unique music.
