Bio / Background
In this compilation, Crowley puts together a collection of his work that reaches into the roots of his musicality. Expressing the a large array of his influences, Elements of Simplicity amounts to just that, combining bits and pieces of experience to make each little thing into one large everything.
Elements of Simplicity combines Crowley’s experience of piano practiced throughout his life, expressing his exposure to a world composed of an endless array of cultural personality. Bringing us from Western to Eastern influences and back again, Andy Crowley celebrates what he’s been through, puts it together in a compilation of the small pieces that exercise the largest influence, growing them into the recognition of something significant, enthusiastically closing it with the promise of something bigger and better to come.
