Co-op Bop,a Quintet, has developed through various combinations over several decades. They have literally played together since childhood and that fact is extremely evident in their music. Individually they have each performed with a virtual Who's Who of internationally recognized jazz artists. Allthough They have consistently played under each other's names sharing leadership roles, the group name CO-OP BOP is brand new.With a renewed sense of commitment, this album represents but a fraction of the library the group has ammassed over the years.
