Bio / Background
Dream Days is the second CD from Cherry Bikini, an electronica duo that specializes in sexually-charged songs.
The CD's 11 songs showcase the duo's trademark sound: catchy electro-pop hooks, racy lyrics, and club-friendly beats.
Currently based out of California, Cherry Bikini is made up of Sophie Boscallini and Armand Abagliani.
The adult content of the first album gained the band an underground following. Their saucy song Just Fuck Me was one of the most downloaded songs on Amazon.com in 2003. Further success followed when the duo's song What I Like appeared on a Bad Gurrlz compilation album alongside the likes of Peaches.
Having pushed the musical sub-genre known as "sextronica" (electronica with hyper sexual lyrics) further than most bands dare, Cherry Bikini's new CD Dream Days offers up a more stylish, fuller sound, without compromising their catchy electro hooks.
