The band cuts are extremely lush for a trio and were recorded live at John Gutman's Paradise Studio between hurricanes.
The disc features Joan Travis on bass and comedy circuit regular Dale Hoffman on drums.
Dubbed the Guitar Guru of the Cape Fear for her legions of students, McLean serves up fresh chord twists and quirky riffs while singing in a powerful edgy drawl.
