All written around the piano, this album has a tendency to be somewhat pensive. But, when the drums get going this album can rock out too.
Bio / Background
Cadenza began as I, Drew Dixon, started writing music at the end of eighth grade. In ninth grade I sought out one of my friends, Josh Durham, to play drums with me. Together, we recorded an EP called "Fly Us Away." Unfortunately, shortly after the recording of this EP Josh and I went our separate ways. We are still friends, but no longer play together in Cadenza.
At this point Cadenza became what it is -- a musical solo. I then began recording music on my own. And that is where this album came from. Recording for hours and hours during the summer and the beginning of my eleventh grade school year. I know it's not studio quality, but it's far better than that little EP we made awhile back.
