Bio / Background

MC Breed, one of the first rappers to come out the midwest in the early '90",MC BREED experienced succcess while based in Flint, MI, before leaving the Midwest to work with D.O.C. in L.A and Too-Short in Atlanta. BREED's debut, MC Breed& DFC, was release on Independent label Power Records The album merged the East and West coast sounds of the time, being both lyrical and funky: it also spawned a successful single, Ain't No Future In Yo Frontin, which was later sampleled for Ice Cude's "Wicked," and helped keep the album on Billoard's R&B chart for a whopping 52 weeks.

BREED big album The NEW BREED is one of his greatist seller's today, the album featured 2PAC on several singles and was produced by Collin Wolf and Warren G.

BREED also stared in the movie Dollar, as well as rap the movie and music was featured in the movie 8 Mile and Zebrahead. BREED retired from rapping in 2006, so this may be your last chance to hear one of the greatiest rapper's to pick up the mic.
