Bio / Background
Bob Showdown was born in the great big city of Houston, Texas amidst a melting pot of musical styles. The result is Texas rock from an urban perspective. Bob writes and performs all of his own lyrics, guitar parts, and bass lines. Over the past decade, he’s performed with several live bands throughout Texas and surrounding areas, including Dubtex and Friends of the Enemy. ‘City Folk’ is his first solo effort and promises to be bigger than toothpaste and TV-phones.
