Bio / Background
Bob Rowe has had a diverse career, in folk, pop and gospel styles of music. As a writer, his songs have won numerous ASCAP awards and his music is always taseteful and well-written in a very relateable style-reminicent of the singer/songwriter generation.
Bob's special work with institutionalized audiences has been featured in TIME Magazine, USA Today, cover, MATURE YEARS, WEEKLY Reader, DAILY Word, and even, 'National Enquirer' (March 8, 2004). He has also been featured recently on PBS, EWTN, TBN, and other national and regional television networks.
The late MOTHER TERESA said (In liner notes on the back of this CD):
"Your work of love in nursing homes, hospitals, and for the aged, the neglected and the forgotten is truly the work of peace. Works of love, like yours bring one face to face with God. Continue to use music to make the precense of God-His love and compassion better known to those most in need-His little ones who have forgotten to smile.
