Laurie Johnson shares lead vocal duties with Doug Skoog, who also plays keyboards. Both of these artists have been nominated for awards multiple times by the Washington Blues Society in a variety of categories. Laurie's powerfully exhilarating vocals have been called astounding - better than many national legends. It is this vocal ability blended with the other vocalists in Blues Alliance that sets this CD apart.
