Bio / Background
Blue Maggie is Cheryl and Richard Patrick and Stevenson Page, all residents of West Virginia.
In their CD, Heart for the Hills, Blue Maggie has captured the original sounds that made bluegrass famous. Cheryl with her songwriting talents and hypnotic vocals, grabs the listener and holds on. Hazard, Kentucky born Richard, provides a unique and captivating bass line on all of the tracks. His vocals call back recollections of the bluegrass pioneers. Stevenson Page’s multi-instrumental talents are sharp and close to the bone, on this CD.
