Sinag Sining is a compilation of unreleased tracks from indie rock, punk and hip hop bands and artists in San Francisco that grew out of or have performed at local community arts venue, BindleStiff Studios.
Bio / Background
Established in 1997, Bindlestiff Studios (San Francisco) is the only permanent, community-based performing arts venue in the nation dedicated to showcasing emerging Pilipino American and Asian American artists. Bindlestiff Studio provides the often under-served Filipino American community access to diverse offerings in theatrical productions, music and film festivals, workshops in directing, production, acting, stand-up comedy, and writing, as well as a children and youth theater program.
This is the first CD release produced by Ooh You! Records.
Sound mastering work by Eric Haller and design work by Dino Ignacio and Sergio Villareal.
All bands and artists are local, independent artists based in San Francisco.
