Bio / Background
A native of eastern North Carolina, Ben Roberts graduated with degrees in music and music performance from various Midwestern institutions, and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has played in many classical orchestras, and genres ranging from Irish rebel, jazz, alt-country, bluegrass, and traditional Arabic. During his travels through the country, he has acquired a variety of non-musical job skills as well, including: assembling cookies in cookie tins, landscaping with "scented" mulch, and collaborating with fear-mongering techs on Y2K projects. He currently performs professionally and teaches in the public schools.
