Bennett's History In A Nutshell!
The story so far....................................
I grew up sitting in my Dad's office listening to all different kinds of music. My dad was a huge fan of music and exposed me to all kinds of stuff, Beegees, Mozart, John Denver, Mike and the Mechanics and The Beatles just to name a few. It wasn't until i was about 14 that i discovered Heavy Metal & Hard Rock for myself.
Unfortunately, my Dad passed away when i was 16, so I channelled all my emotion from this time into learning guitar, teaching myself songs from bands like Motley Crue, Guns n Roses, Skid Row etc. Before i knew it i was getting quite good and thought it was time to join a band for myself.
That band was Sydney based Heavy Metal act 'Sanctorum'. "I remember meeting the guys from Sanctorum whilst we were all lining up for Megadeth tickets at the local shopping mall. It was about 3am and i was playing Holy Wars on a nylon string guitar.
