The first Song I learned was Old Shep! By Elvis and then ‘ I won’t go hunting with you Jake but I’ll go chasing women, then Abilene and so on and so forth. I played in a local rock band with a few of my friends called The Exotics (the first Rock band in Camden Maine)

A little trivia for you! I had to get done via orders from my father (my grades were sinking fast) that’s enough of that! I played in the Army for the USO on the base I was stationed on. We had a pick-up band and put on shows. In 1969 a major event came into my life I met and married Marlene Frances Wentworth from my hometown Camden Maine she lived a stones throw from my home. I was all over her like white on rice. I married her just about on the spot. What a Doll She Was and still is! Red hair and all! We started a family right off and my son Todd was born within a year, Then 2 years later my daughter Angela was born another red head in the family. At this point in my life I had a family and quit playing for a while. (15) Years or so, but I kept writing down lyrics that were eventually put into country and rockabilly type songs. About this time in my life I started to play guitar again and met a fellow who I had heard of but never met Otto Proctor Jr. He played in a bar called the Dory under a local restaurant The Chuck Wagon in Rockland Maine. He allowed me to set in with his band The Boogie Grass Boys and get some valuable playing time before real live people. The best thing of the whole experience is I have still stayed in contact with Otto and He has recorded 2 of my songs on his own CD.

My handle) Snowmobile, touring biker with almost 200 thousand miles over 20 years A Singer Songwriter, and most of all a father and grand father my wife and are the proud grand parents of Josh, 16 Katherine 15, and Robbie 4 these guys are the love of our life and they keep us really on our feet. I’ve had my share of health problems and had to get done from a job of 32 years do to a medical condition. So in my old age I had to retire to playing guitar and writing new songs daily I have to my credit over a thousand songs on file and thousands more in my head. They just keep coming!! This CD that I have put out was originally meant as a demo for a country music star I met in Nashville this past winter. He was walking his dog and I was walking my dog Dodger.

When he told me his name I was visibly shook up and didn’t know what to say. I did say something about being a songwriter and he said to bring a couple of songs by his awesome motor home and I did. Within 15 minutes from the time he got them he had his bus driver and drummer over to see me and say that he liked them and would like to see more if I had some up beat country music. I said I did and set right down and wrote 4 more songs that afternoon. I went into the studio that night and put down 6 songs in 5 hrs. Thanks to the expertise of Cal Meece owner engineer, and producer at the Hole-n-wall recoding studio and Ken Ryan a guitar picker from Nashville. At that point in time, on the next day I missed a step in my motor home and fell on a cement slab and broke my elbow in 5 places and that finished my guitar picking in Nashville for this year, but was able after the accident to go into the same studio, and put down 6 more songs for this CD. It took me 45 years to make my first record. What a rush now that’s it done I sure hope you buy it so I can do it all over again without busting up anymore bones in the process .If you like the CD tell all of your friends.
