Q - Why the name 'Banana Boy'?

A - Originally we were going to call it 'TWO BLOKES IN THE THROES OF MIDDLE AGED CRISIS PLUS A YOUNG STUNNER WHO SINGS LIKE ARETHA FRANKLIN HAVING A GO AT DANCE MUSIC'................. but on reflection, it sounded a bit drawn out, and also we don't happen to have a young stunner who sings like Aretha Franklin, but we are looking for one to be on our next CD,and that's going to be our thing I guess, to change the sound around from project to project.....

Q - I see, but why did you end up calling it 'Banana Boy'?

A - .....because if there's no development then we'll get bored, and the whole idea was for us to have a bit of fun....
