Bio / Background
Bag of Toys is a San Francisco-based quartet creating the best new acoustic surf rock in Northern California. Throughout the last year, the group has entertained the masses at numerous venues around both Northern and Southern California with a great collection of refreshingly original music which is often compared to artists such as Jack Johnson and Sublime.
Bag of Toys is also extremely proud to announce the release of their debut CD entitled "Nooner". Mastered by Dave Collins, an industry professional who has worked on albums by artists such as Jack Johnson and Ben Harper, the disc features 12 tracks that include laid-back guitar, head-bobbin' grooves, and melodies so catchy that you're guaranteed to be singing along in the shower, car, or any other place you prefer to sing aloud.
The foundation of Bag of Toys started when Robert Tait began writing songs at the age of 14.
