Backlash is pure electronic pop with smooth male vocals gliding over layers of samples and other electronic intricacies.
Bio / Background
Backlash has returned with a new home and two new releases scheduled for 2005. Their sound can only be described as pure electronic pop. Smooth male vocals glide over layers and layers of samples and other electronic intricacies. Our first Backlash release is the highly anticipated Lodestar EP. This 35 minute EP features four remixes of the title track, including a mix by Anders Eliasson of the legendary Swedish group Page, an acoustic guitar mix and a Daft Punkesque remix from the winners of the Backlash remix contest. In addition to the title track, Lodestar features new mixes of Purity for a Sinner and Splinter from the Heliotrope album and the previously unreleased Man of a Different Mould.
