Brutal Cleveland Hardcore Metal at its best.
Bio / Background
At No End rose from the streets of Cleveland in early 2004 and immediately made an impact on the Cleveland Metal and Hardcore scenes. After five short months, two shows, and a lineup change that saw the addition of Kenny Easterly on drums, At No End opened for Mushroomhead at Cleveland’s Scene Pavilion. Since then, At No End has gone on to share the stage with such acts as Soulfly, Terror, Unearth, Black Dahlia Murder, Dope, Crisis, Twelve Tribes, Agents Of Man, Merauder, Ringworm, and more. In June 2004, At No End teamed up with Steve Felton of Mushroomhead to co-produce a 5-song demo that captured the energy and intensity that the band has become known for. Over 1000 copies later, the band started to branch out regionally to Columbus, Akron, Canton, and New Philadelphia and performing headlining gigs at Cleveland’s Peabodys Downunder, Jigsaw Saloon, and Pirate’s Cove.
↓ more ↓It was that demo, along with their brutal live shows, that earned the band regular rotation and in-studio interviews on WJCU, WCSB, WRUW, The Metal Show, Rock 107, and Locals Only Radio out of George Mason University in Virginia. In July 2005, At No End contributed their song “Snap” to the Detained Records compilation Akron Metal Assault Vol I.
October 2005 saw the addition of Don Forrester on bass and vocals and the lineup became more solid, dedicated, and determined than ever before. After a few headlining shows with the new lineup, it was time to record their long anticipated first full-length release. At No End entered Conquistador Studios in January 2006 to team up with Years Of Fire’s Cole Martinez to co-produce nine tracks that were to become Buildidng The Rebellion. 2006 also saw At No End contributing songs to the DVD The Nerd Herd II, and to the soon to be released motion picture The Craving, where they will appear alongside Slayer, Ringworm, and Mushroomhead. The band also made the pages of the Garry Sharpe-Young book New Wave Of American Heavy Metal.
The building of the rebellion has begun!
